Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our medium-sized children's homes in Warwick. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our residents, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily living needs of our residents, including personal care and domestic duties.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Encourage and facilitate resident participation in education, leisure activities, and other programmes designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or young people in a care setting.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
