Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Relationship Director to join our team in Southall. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
