Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Southall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
