Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales development and relevant technical skills in instruments & valves or other fluid control products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple territories, working closely with the applications engineer, sales engineers, sales coordinator, marketing coordinator, managing director, and executive chairman.
A key aspect of this role is supporting business development through field sales engineers and providing technical input to customers. The successful candidate will also work on developing and producing the company's own brand product.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a margin-conscious sales approach.
