Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Location: Northampton (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months FTC

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with multiple sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

  1. Manage customer operational issues / requests for information / MI.
  2. Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Act as a product champion and provide expertise to other internal teams.
  5. Produce reports and provide business intelligence to management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Customer service/sales skills.
  • Basic IT/PC knowledge.
