Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: Northampton (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months FTC
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with multiple sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
- Manage customer operational issues / requests for information / MI.
- Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Act as a product champion and provide expertise to other internal teams.
- Produce reports and provide business intelligence to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Relationship building skills.
- Customer service/sales skills.
- Basic IT/PC knowledge.
