About the Role

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to coordinate the activities of up to 15 Field Service Engineers in a specific area. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that jobs are completed within agreed Customer Service Level Agreements and business KPIs.

  • You will be responsible for answering and logging customer breakdowns on our operating system.
  • You will need to prioritize, allocate and distribute work to Field Service Engineers to meet customer expectations and business goals.
  • You will plan and manage service schedules for engineers, ensuring regular communication with customers prior to site visits.
