The ideal candidate will have native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian, strong communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing role.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with one day a week in the office at either Daventry or Dunton location. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will handle a wide range of customer cases, resolve issues, and provide support to customers in Norwegian and English. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, please submit your application.

This role requires a high level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer cases and providing regular updates to relevant teams.
