**Job Title:** Customer Experience Manager

**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at HVAC Total FM Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience managing complex issues and developing effective solutions. You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure timely resolution of client requests and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities: **

  • Manage CAFM system to ensure accurate tracking of client requests
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
