- Manage CAFM system to ensure accurate tracking of client requests
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client experience
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing role
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
