Corporate Sales Lead

At Beaverbrook, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Lead to play a vital role in driving revenue growth and generating new business for our luxury estate and town house properties. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned sales professional to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, build relationships with high-value clients and partners, and drive business development.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Reservations, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of our sales objectives. A key responsibility will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
This position can be performed remotely, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at Beaverbrook. If you reside locally, we prefer you to spend more days in the office. We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic about networking, presenting, and securing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrook's business goals and drives revenue growth.
- Sourcing and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Taking a proactive approach to generating new leads through fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach, utilizing your professional network to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector.
- A strong professional network that you can leverage to bring new business to Beaverbrook.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
