Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to oversee the revenue strategy for multiple hotels within our portfolio. This role involves developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies to optimise hotel performance, including pricing, inventory control, and distribution across all channels.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimise hotel performance, including pricing, inventory control, and distribution across all channels for all areas of the hotel.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate revenue forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities to maximise profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends to adjust pricing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and operational execution, enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimise all distribution channels, ensuring that our hotels are always competitively positioned across online and offline platforms.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Pro-active approach: Predict future demand, optimize pricing strategies, and make more informed decisions that enhance overall profitability and long-term growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
  • Technical competence required to implement and manage systems that enhance operational efficiency.


Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
