About the Role:

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will be a key player in overseeing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies for the hotel. With a positive and outgoing personality, you will excel in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the revenue team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM.
  2. Analyse recent trends for all revenue streams and provide detailed analysis to assist the hotel in the revenue forecasting process.
  3. Coach, train and develop a culture of revenue maximisation throughout the hotel, working closely with the revenue team to achieve revenue growth targets.
  4. Work with all relevant BI tools to gather market intelligence and support the teams, providing detailed analysis on group pick-up and wash trends.
  5. Attend strategy meetings, provide any analysis required and support the hotel with the annual budgeting process.

Requirements:

  • Competent with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports with limited supervision.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a matrix company.
