Revenue Manager Lead

Hyatt Regency Manchester, GB - ENG - Manchester is seeking a skilled Revenue Manager Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing personality with excellent people and communication skills. Relevant experience working in the same or similar role in a four-star hotel environment is essential.
- An ability to organise, strategise and set priorities are a must.
- You will pro-actively assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by analysing recent trends for all revenue streams and providing detailed analysis to assist the hotel in the revenue forecasting process.
The successful candidate will be competent with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Ideas. You will have a keen eye for detail and be capable of working in a matrix company. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Additionally, you will be able to prepare reports with limited supervision.
This role is based in Manchester and offers a competitive salary, estimated at £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
