**REMUNERATION and WORKING PATTERN**
This role carries a full-time, permanent contract working 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday, onsite at Dakota Manchester. The gross annual salary is £30,000 with a sales target-based bonus earning up to an additional £3,000pa.
**PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Working under our Head of Revenue, you will:
- Manage our revenue management system, Duetto, throughout the day. Keep track of bedroom sales pick up and continuously be adjusting rates on our systems, in line with direction from the GM or Head of Revenue.
- Build rates and packages on our central reservations system, communicating with Marketing to ensure the packages are correctly available on our website and TPI’s.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of revenue data and compliance with accounting standards
- Create and distribute, weekly, monthly etc revenue reports. Provide support to the business through reporting and analysis needed to drive corporate and local strategies by reporting using spreadsheets using pivots, vlookups, etc.
- Conduct market research through competitor and location-based analysis of availability and room rates.
- Have a full working knowledge of the property management systems’ reporting capabilities and utilize these to analyse sales information and produce reports. Be proactive in working with the operation on new ways to use the system and improve our way of working.

**APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS**
The successful applicant will have/be:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a hotel Reception, Reservations, or Revenue role; inclusive of a minimum of 1 years experience in a revenue-specific role
- Demonstrable skills in yield management
- Ability to learn our revenue-based systems quickly, namely our property management system, Shiji, and our revenue management system, Duetto
- Effective communication with stakeholders
- Have a strong aptitude for systems and technology
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insight into action
- Strong numerical reasoning and high level command of Excel
- Be willing and able to be based onsite at Dakota Manchester.
