About Page Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Operations SME Service Owner - Director to join our team in London.

This is a senior leadership role that requires exceptional expertise in payments operations and service management.

  • Provide steering, oversight, and governance to Payments and Current Account Services across EMEA, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • Drive strategic business change, ensuring our payment operating models are fit for purpose and delivering an enhanced customer experience.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define and oversee the execution of the service strategy.

Salary: £155K - 165K p.a., plus strong benefits and bonus.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Service Owner or equivalent in payments operations, preferably with a focus on EMEA markets.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Expertise in service management and experience of implementing/running service strategy, service delivery, and continual service improvement within complex, multi-product, multi-region organisations.
