Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled FMCG National Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth across Europe with a key strategic QSR customer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our commercial strategy, developing and governing joint business plans, and managing detailed implementation plans.

This role requires a strong track record of growth delivery and share expansion, as well as experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to win major QSR customers.
  2. Manage joint business plans and ensure successful execution.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver financial results.
  4. Negotiate pricing agreements with customers.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a self-motivated approach to work.
