FMCG National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled FMCG National Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth across Europe with a key strategic QSR customer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our commercial strategy, developing and governing joint business plans, and managing detailed implementation plans.
This role requires a strong track record of growth delivery and share expansion, as well as experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to win major QSR customers.
- Manage joint business plans and ensure successful execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver financial results.
- Negotiate pricing agreements with customers.
The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a self-motivated approach to work.
