We are recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious National Account Manager to join our team at Marvel FMCG, a Certified B Corporation® driving growth in the chilled food sector. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with key retailers such as Aldi and Lidl to develop and implement effective sales strategies, resulting in significant business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage existing business relationships with major retailers, ensuring strong partnerships and driving incremental sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our presence in new categories and locations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, incorporating market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Category and Marketing & Innovation, to ensure aligned objectives and cohesive strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in FMCG, specifically in National Account Management or a related role, with a proven track record of P&L ownership.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of grocery and discounter markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • A driven and ambitious individual, eager to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £45,000, supplemented by a car allowance of £5,000.
  • A flexible working arrangement, with two days per week based in Milton Keynes.
