Territory Sales Specialist

Avoidity is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Specialist to drive sales of Pepsi Max, Rockstar, Robinsons, 7UP and other brands within designated territories. As a key member of the Britvic Grocery Team, you will be responsible for maximising brand awareness and presence in stores by building strong relationships with decision makers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK manual driving licence and comfort with regular travel are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective territory management and customer engagement
- Buiild strong relationships with retailers to increase visibility and promote Britvic brands
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience within the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK manual driving licence
Salary: £25-30k per annum plus performance-related bonus
