Sales Growth Specialist

A leading UK-based, flexible volume contract manufacturer is looking for a proactive and autonomous sales specialist to fill their growing capacity. Our company offers a personalized and dedicated service, ensuring that your brand vision is brought to life.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in personal care and beauty products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing a sales strategy for the product focus and territory, overseeing new business opportunities, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate will have prolonged experience of managing their own diary, prospecting a territory with little or no supervision, and generating their own business. They will also have a drive and desire to always look for the next sale, making them suitable for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus/commission (£10-£20k), car allowance, pension, and 25 days holiday/states. Our location is home-based, anywhere in England or potentially Wales, with commutable locations including Birmingham, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Watford, Luton, Bedford, Northampton, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Croydon.
