We are looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the UK Convenience market. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets while driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong commercial acumen and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Relevant FMC experience and experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
