Regional Sales Manager

An innovative healthcare organisation Guided Solutions seeks a skilled Commercial Territory Specialist to join their Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER) team, contributing to advancements in structural heart disease treatments and professional development.
This role combines clinical expertise with commercial strategy, driving market growth, launching products, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers. As a trusted partner, the successful candidate will support TEER procedures, provide expert advice, and help achieve exceptional outcomes for patients and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary expert for TEER procedures, providing hands-on support and clinical expertise to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Identify and prioritise key centres, ensuring they meet clinical and commercial development criteria.
- Build strong connections across multidisciplinary hospital teams, including interventionalists, echocardiologists, sonographers, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and Cath lab staff.
- Exceed sales targets, keep track of competitor activities, and maintain meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a clinical or commercial role within surgical medical devices, ideally in cardiology or structural heart therapy.
- Strong knowledge of hospital systems, procurement pathways, and healthcare organisational dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license.
- Based in South West England.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our business forward.
