As a Project HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of projects, developing and implementing health and safety procedures, conducting regular site visits, providing training and guidance to employees, and managing incident reports. Your duties will also involve collaborating with senior management to develop and implement health and safety strategies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in health and safety management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. A salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role.
