Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex construction projects and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Tender Preparation: Collaborate with the pre-construction team to prepare tenders, including pricing structures, procurement schedules, and risk assessments.
- Site Management: Oversee site management and operatives, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to deliver high-quality results.
- Commercial Management: Conduct regular commercial reviews to ensure all budgetary aspects of projects are managed effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- A strong background in construction management, with experience in leading project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
