Senior Technical Project Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Lead to join our team in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance on major projects within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project delivery, managing teams, and business development, as well as a strong ability to drive quality and performance across projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on major projects within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
- Drive quality and performance across projects.
In return, you'll receive a salary up to £70,000, 25 days + Bank Holidays (increasing with tenure) + Christmas shutdown + your birthday off + the option of buying and selling holidays. You'll also get outstanding Pension Contributions of 13% from the business, discounts on energy bills, and the ability to work remotely.
