Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Director of Infrastructure Development to lead our team on a prestigious MOD site project.

About the Project

The Resolute Group Ltd has been retained by a Tier 1 contractor to support the development and delivery of a £500m, 5-year framework. This project involves a mix of demolition, site clearance, new buildings, refurbishments, roads, and associated infrastructure.

Role Description

As Director of Infrastructure Development, you will be responsible for leading client liaison and delivery teams on site. You will work closely with the client to develop and implement the upgrade programme, managing a team that includes Commercial, Technical, and Operations delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client liaison and delivery teams on site
  • Develop and implement the upgrade programme with the client
  • Manage a team of Commercial, Technical, and Operations delivery specialists

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Construction or Engineering
  • Proven experience leading and delivering large projects (£50m+) in a Tier 1 contractor
  • Full driving license
  • Security clearance to work on MOD sites

Working Conditions

This is a site-based role, working four days a week on the MOD site in Cumbria. You will be required to travel to the site regularly and may need to stay overnight. A full driving license is essential, as you will need to travel between sites. Security clearance is also required to work on MOD sites.
