About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role as a Food Manufacturing Operations Lead in our Carlisle site. This is a great opportunity to join a business offering plenty of variety and opportunities for progression, working closely with a team of experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, preferably in a chilled environment, with experience in leading and improving production teams. You will be results-focused, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of implementing new processes to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop your team to achieve operational targets and efficiency gains.
  • Coach and mentor your team to drive performance, engagement, and morale.
  • Review operational trends and performance metrics, putting corrective actions in place to ensure delivery of the production plan.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in your team, ensuring all colleagues are motivated and equipped to perform to the best of their ability.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance to all HSE standards.

About You:
