About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing a team of quality controllers and ensuring the maintenance of high-quality products within our factories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address non-conformance and escalations to the quality/departmental manager.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., food science, chemistry, biology).
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £34,000 - £41,000 per annum based on location.
