Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group in Carlisle. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain quality control systems, including monitoring and addressing non-conformances.
  • Lead a team of quality controllers and provide guidance on food safety and quality best practices.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our products and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., food science, chemistry, biology).
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
