Job Description:
Riverside Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join their team at a large manufacturing site in Carlisle. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to production staff, maintaining equipment, and improving plant efficiency. Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support to production staff, including training and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement engineering plans to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, including planned maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Report on plant performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
This role requires a highly skilled engineer with experience in electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential. Salary: £46,500 per annum.
