As a key member of our team, the Area Education Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional educational experiences across Nottinghamshire sites. Inspiring Interns & Graduates seeks a highly organized and results-driven professional to join our ranks.
We require a graduate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage and motivate site teams. Your ability to establish strong relationships with local stakeholders, foster partnerships, and drive program engagement will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive induction and six-week training program in Birmingham. This will equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in their new role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating educational programs across multiple sites.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with local partners and community groups.
- Evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements.
