About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supported Living Manager, where you will have the chance to lead and manage a dedicated team of caregivers who provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users.
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to coordinate care.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Proven experience in managing supported living services or similar settings.
  • A strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
