Job Title: Social Care Leader for Learning Disability Services
Location: Mansfield and Northampton
Estimated Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
About the Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Care Leader to join our team as the Multi-Site Manager for Supported Living in Mansfield and Northampton. Reporting to the Head of Support and Inclusion for England, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, individualised support services.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide direction and leadership to regional management teams and ensure effective leadership across multiple sites.
- Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with local commissioners, support providers, and the people we support.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement operational plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Change Management: Support and manage change initiatives to foster ongoing service development.
- Inclusion Promotion: Ensure active involvement of the people we support in all aspects of their care, including recruitment, policy reviews, and quality monitoring.
- Proven experience as a manager in the learning disabilities sector.
- Extensive knowledge of working with individuals with varied support needs and relevant legislative standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple teams and individuals.
- Problem-solving skills and innovative approaches to support delivery.
- Reliability and flexibility, as this role is not always a 9-5 job.
- Multi-Site/Area Manager Experience
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
- Driver's Licence
