We are currently looking for a Senior Learning Disability Care Professional to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medium-sized residential care service, which provides a supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and a strong understanding of regulatory standards. They will also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling them to effectively manage the care team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, while also contributing to the growth and success of the organization. We offer a competitive salary package, including £38,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus, to attract and retain the best talent in the field.
