Care and Support Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
