About the Role

iPeople Solutions is recruiting for a Children with Disabilities Care Coordinator to work on behalf of Nottingham City Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting parents, carers, and siblings of disabled children, as well as carrying out relevant assessments and complex safeguarding risk assessments.
