About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Thera East Midlands. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives.

**Salary:** £12.00 per hour

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an individual who is patient, caring, and confident. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Care Coordinator, you will provide support to individuals with a learning disability, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing personalized support plans, working closely with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in people's lives and have a genuine interest in supporting adults with a learning disability.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we offer free, Skills for Care endorsed full training. However, you will need to be a self-starter with a high level of motivation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work creatively and think outside the box.
