In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care and support services for our residents, including behavioral support, mental health, non-verbal communication, and learning difficulties. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, families, and other professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.

Requirements:
