At the Flying High Partnership Trust, we strive to create a culture of excellence and innovation. As a Youth and Family Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our organization and promoting the well-being of our students.

Your core duties will include:

  • Developing and delivering initiatives to promote positive relationships between students, families, and the community
  • Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
  • Coordinating with the inclusion team to ensure a cohesive approach to student support

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
