Compassionate Care Coordinator

Nottinghamshire Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Compassionate Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating care services for patients and their families.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive induction package.
- Coordinate care services for patients and their families

To be successful in this role, you will need:
