Compassionate Care Team Member

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
The salary for this role is approximately £20,500-£22,500 per year, considering the level of responsibility and expertise required.
Your key duties will include assisting residents with personal care activities, managing medication, and maintaining accurate records of resident care. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of individualized care plans and participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident progress and concerns.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
