About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individual outcome and wellbeing plans, prioritizing the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging activity plans, promoting social interaction and personal growth.
  • Support residents in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer
