We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Area Operations Manager to develop the Kumon study centres proactively and effectively within the Nottingham area. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a consistent study centre visit schedule, managing diverse operations from a distance, and ensuring each franchisee meets and exceeds expectations by aligning with the franchise agreement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a coach, mentor, and critical friend to franchisees
  • Continually monitor core practice for compliance
  • Drive student enrolment and retention
  • Advise franchisees on marketing and promoting their centre
  • Network to recruit franchise candidates

Requirements:

  • Business, marketing, and sales acumen
  • Adaptable communication styles
  • Accounting and arithmetic skills
  • Experience of setting goals and targets
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics
  • Solid grasp of leadership and management

  • Stage 1 - Telephone meeting with Recruitment Coordinator
  • Stage 2 - Orientation meeting, including proficiency tests in Maths, English, and Aptitude
  • Stage 3 - Presentation to a panel, followed by a competency-based interview
