Teaching and Learning Coordinator

CV-Library is seeking a Teaching and Learning Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in education, health, or social care, and experience working with children and young people with additional needs. They will be responsible for leading 1:1 and small group sessions, using their expertise to engage learners and foster individual success.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively with children and young people with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and SEN. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our learners, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional education.
As part of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of around £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
