About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training interventions and assessments to meet organisational needs and initiatives. This includes training for both new and existing Non-Clinical EOC staff and external bodies when required.

Main Duties
  • Ensure effective two-way communication with EOC personnel across both sites when training and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement training plans to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and make recommendations for improvement.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
