Service Improvement Lead

Job Summary:
CBSButler is seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance the support of our AIR-ERP service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive service model and associated process documentation to ensure seamless support processes across associated service suppliers.
- Coordinate and integrate support processes to optimize service delivery and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to the management team to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Support cost reduction activities and service reviews to ensure agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support processes and service-oriented backgrounds.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Understanding of ITIL service models and service management principles.
