Quality Engineer Role

Science Solutions Recruitment is seeking a proactive individual with a background in quality assurance, research and development, or process chemistry to join their team. This Quality Engineer position focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, investigating and resolving quality issues, and promoting a quality-centric culture within the organization.

As the Quality Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical skills to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company's overall quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage improvement projects to enhance product and service quality.
  2. Conduct root cause analyses to resolve quality issues and customer complaints.
  3. Foster collaboration across departments to support a unified approach to quality.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Quality Engineer position, you will be degree educated in Chemistry or a related scientific/engineering field. You will also have previous experience in a similar quality role within a specialty chemicals or polymers industry.
