Job Summary:

CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance the support of our AIR-ERP service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive service model and associated process documentation for the AIR ERP service.
  • Coordinate and integrate support processes across associated service suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Support cost reduction activities and implement process improvements to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful service reviews and the effective management of agreed service changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support processes and a service-oriented background.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ITIL service management frameworks and principles.
