We are seeking a Service Improvement Lead to join our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation, on a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading service improvement initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Service Improvement
- Responsible for leading continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance the support of the AIR-ERP service.
- Service Model Development
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation.
- Process Coordination
- Responsible for the coordination and integration of support processes across associated service suppliers.
- Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Providing reporting and status updates to the management team as required.
- Cost Reduction
- Supporting cost reduction activities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Service Reviews
- Supporting service reviews and ensuring that agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
Requirements
- Service-Oriented Background
- Service-oriented background within IT support processes.
- Project Management Experience
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Senior stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
- ITIL Certification
- ITIL certification, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
