Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an operational team of SMEs, responsible for advising on complex learning requirements, service governance, continuous improvement, change impact, and implementation.
  • Support the successful implementation of a new global learning management system into the team and other geographies, focusing on project readiness through change impact for both your team and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively facilitate key discussions with stakeholders to scope and schedule learning demand in advance of each calendar year for their respective business areas.
  • Undertake quarterly reviews with sector and functions to assess their learning position in respect to utilisation performance and new demand needs analysis.
  • Lead on the monthly reporting requirements for both internal and external customers, attending service reviews and informal stakeholder meetings.
  • Work with the teams to identify and resolve Service Incidents, ensuring improvements to the service are implemented and recorded in line with end-user feedback and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively manage team performance and adherence to SLAs through regular feedback and 121s and continuously invest time into the development planning activities for your team.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal functional and business policies, standards, and controls, and any relevant legislation, e.g. GDPR.

Requirements:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced operational environment supporting multiple customers across multiple systems.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve SLAs, respond to complex learning requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement, Impact Assessment, and Change Delivery experience.
  • The ability to collate and analyse data to aid decision-making and adherence to process and governance frameworks.
