Job Summary:

CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance the support of our AIR-ERP service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive service model and associated process documentation for the AIR ERP service.
  • Coordinate and integrate support processes across associated service suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to the management team on service improvement initiatives.
  • Support cost reduction activities and ensure that agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support processes and service-oriented environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ITIL service management frameworks.
