About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Aviation Safety Academy team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and proactively contributing to the development of our global brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients to identify the best solution for their needs across Key Accounts and a personal Territory to manage and grow revenues and long-term opportunities.
  • Lead the Academy team on key initiatives such as driving Partner Plus sales; Key Account development and Marketing campaign follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Sales department to achieve personal sales targets and lead by example through consistently high activity rates.
  • Track team performance and work with each KAM on KPI's and areas of development.
  • Professionally handle in-bound Academy training enquiries and ensure all enquiries are managed through our CRM system.
  • Work with consultants and Product team to respond to all client enquiries with the most appropriate training solution.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' successful sales experience.
  • Experience in a consultative sales environment.
  • Prior sales team leadership experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Aviation experience whilst helpful is not essential as training will be given.
